Your Prescription Benefit Manager

The MCASF Local 725 Health & Welfare Trust is self-funded, which simply means we pay for each approved prescription claim submitted by your pharmacy for you as an eligible participant.

The MCASF Local 725 Health & Welfare Fund selected Sav-Rx to be our prescription benefit manager and to adjudicate (pay) the approved prescription claims within the formulary.

Sav-Rx works with the Board of Trustees to ensure all eligible participants receive the best formulary of drugs at reasonable cost to the Fund.

As an Apprentice 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th year, you receive a Summary of Benefits & Coverage (SBC) each year in January. This governmental required document provides a summary of coverage and any applicable co-payments. Click on the button below to read the latest SBC.
